It is not possible to travel directly by train from London to Kos without changing trains. You can take the train London-Lille and travel by plane to get to your final destination.
Trains Eurostar of Eurostar to Lille leave from London St Pancras railway station in London. Arrival in Lille will take place at Lille Europe station (0.6 mi from the city centre).
There is no direct crossing between London and Kos, you will have to use another mean of transport (plane) to combine with ferry in order to complete the sea crossing Athens-Kos.
You will embark at the port of Athens Piraeus E1 at 5.7 mi from Athens aboard a ship of Blue Star Ferries. The ferry will dock in the port of Kos at 0.6 mi from Kos.
